We funded $4K in bottle coolers for a bar and restaurant with 18 years’ time in business located in Florida. The equipment allows them to replace older equipment and save money. We were able to fund this transaction within 2 business days of receiving the application.

We funded $107k for a dynamometer for a brand new auto shop in Hawaii. This equipment allows the customer to test auto performance for his customer base and increase his revenue dramatically especially due to the fact that there aren’t many competitors that have this equipment in Hawaii. The main challenges on this transaction was its startup nature and it is a Hawaii transaction. We overcame the challenges by using the customers strong credit and net worth.

The equipment allows the customer to store additional supplies which in turn will allow him to serve more customers and increase their revenue. The main challenges on this transaction was the low credit and the less than 2 years’ time in business. We overcame the challenges by using the customers strong cash flow.

The equipment allows the customer to see more customers on a daily basis which in turn will generate an additional $5K in revenue per month. The main challenges on this transaction were the current collections and the past due amounts. We overcame these challenges due to the great time in business and strong cash flow.

We funded 79k in Surveying Equipment for an Engineering and Surveying company in California that has been in business for 26 years. The equipment was needed to replace existing equipment and stay up with current technology. The challenge was the total amount was 119k but we were able to work with the vendor to allow for a trade-in value of 40k on older equipment to reduce the total cost.

We Funded 18k in POS Systems for a Grocery Store in California that has been in business for 20 years. This was necessary to update the grocery store’s terminals. There was a delay with choosing equipment but once the lessee was ready we were able to fund the vendor 100% in 2 days.

We funded $19k in Spa Equipment for a Salon that has been in business for under 2 years in the state of Illinois. This lease allowed them to open their spa. The lessee had a low credit score and light bank statements. With an additional guarantor, we were able to get them funded.

We Funded 15k in working capital for 10 Year old trucking company in California. They needed some extra capital to add an employee for a third truck they will be putting on the road. The challenge on this deal was to overcome multiply tax liens that came up from a few years ago. We were able to adjust the funding and get a letter explaining they we in process to be able to get them the capital they needed.

The equipment allows the lessee to do additional septic and snow removal work during the off season, enabling the company to bring in additional revenue. The lessee was not able to provide a business license and had very light bank statements. Despite these challenges we were able to use a county certificate to prove partial time in business get the transaction funded.

This will allow the Lessee to launch his owner-operator business in which he already had a contract in place, he just needed a truck to use. The lessee had low credit and little money in the bank. We were able to qualify him for a special trucking program and get him the truck he needed to start his business.

They needed this equipment to secure a 3 year contract with the U.S. Government. The challenge on this one was working with 5 different vendors on very specific military equipment that included portable hailing systems and night vision camera’s. Despite these challenges we were able to fit them into the right program and get all 5 vendors prefunded to deliver on time.

This equipment allows the lessee the ability to set up a restaurant that serves to empower underprivileged at-risk people to develop life skills and vocational training to prevent them from re-entering the foster and judicial system. The lessee wished to finance the transaction through the nonprofit company without a personal guarantor which we were able to secure for them and fund the transaction.

Despite those two challenges we were able to get the financing for this company at the terms they wanted based on their time in business and strong cash flow.

This equipment allows them to expand their land surveying capabilities, which will increase their revenue. The business has taken on some recent exposure over the past 12 months but despite this challenge we were able to get the amount funded due to their great personal credit and strong cash flow.

This allows the lessee to produce more each day and replace older molds for higher quality. The issue was the company only wanted one of its owners to sign. We were able to get this deal done with only 1 of the 6 owners needing to sign off on the deal.

This was an app only, corp only transaction that was funded in less than 48 hours from receiving the application.

This was a replacement piece of equipment that allows the lessee to continue to meet existing demand and maintain all current contracts. The equipment is in high demand and the lessee needed to obtain financing quickly or risk losing the equipment it to a competitor. The lessee had several late payments on his mortgage and was not current at time of funding. Despite this challenge, we were able to get the equipment funded within 3 days.

The company currently rents their equipment each month to do the jobs and contracts set up. The rental prices are very high and limit how much profit the company can make. This was old used equipment that was being sold from a private party seller. The lessee also had poor credit, but despite all these issues we were able to swiftly get this deal funded and have a happy lessee.

This Flat Bed truck is going to allow them to haul equipment to and from the job site. One of the challenges on this deal was that one of the owners had a large past due amount on his credit report. We were able to overcome that challenge due to strong cash flow.

This is our third funded transaction with this customer in the last seven months.

The lessee was turned down several times before coming to us. They needed the working capital in order to buy into a sports marketing company. The challenges on this transaction was the limited cash flow and minimal collateral. We overcame those challenges due to the customers strong personal credit.
