The Sales Support Representative role is an entry level position with a two-year training period designed to teach you the ins and outs of the equipment financing and operating capital commercial funding industry. After the initial two-year training period there are opportunities to move toward sales or move toward credit, funding, or loan processing. For some they may choose to remain in a sales support or account management role depending on career goals and skill sets.

Qualifications:

·        Must be an “A” Player

·        Required bachelor’s degree from a reputable 4-year college

·        Must have a good personal credit score

·        Available to work at the office from 6 AM to 3 PM PST, Monday through Friday

·        Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented

·        Positive, polished, and professional demeanor

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

·        Experience in sales, loan processing, or leadership is a plus

Responsibilities:

·        Outbound Calling: Make 3 hours of calls to potential customers from a contact list or database to introduce products or services.

·        Lead Qualification: Identify whether prospects fit the company’s target customer profile and qualify them for further engagement.

·        Script Execution: Use provided scripts or personalized approaches to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and engage prospects.

·        Objection Handling: Address concerns, hesitations, or rejections in a professional and persuasive manner to maintain interest.

·        Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for sales representatives or account executives to further the sales process.

·        Follow-Up: Re-engage with prospects who show interest but are not ready to commit during the initial call.

·        Database Management: Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.

·        Loan Processing: Prepare loan proposals and needs lists for the sales team, coordinate with equipment vendors to obtain the necessary documentation, follow up with customers and vendors to complete loan requirements.

·        Customer Service: Conduct quality control calls post-transaction to ensure customer satisfaction, update credit files and perform customer service calls.

·        Post Funding: Maintain relationships with existing customers and vendors, update customer information in the database, facilitate communication regarding upcoming finance projects, manage credit files for new finance opportunities.

Compensation:

·        Base Salary: $60,000.00 annually during the 6-month probationary period.

·        Bonus & Commissions: Eligible for performance-based bonuses and commissions after successful completion of training

·        Earning Potential:

·        Year 1: $60,000.00–$70,000.00 (base salary + bonuses)

·        Year 2: $70,000.00–$80,000.00 (base salary + bonuses)

Once you’ve developed two years of experience on the team mastering the sales support role and building a strong foundation in equipment financing by developing a solid understanding of the sales process and loan documentation, you’ll have an opportunity to focus more specifically in areas such as credit, funding, or sales. If you already have prior experience in the equipment finance industry, you may be able to accelerate your career path and step into a role that leverages your existing expertise immediately upon joining the team, and the 2 year training period may not be necessary for promotion to advanced positions on the team. For those who perform at a high level, these paths can lead to increased responsibility, career advancement, and the potential to earn six figures or more.

Earning Potential:

·        Loan Processing, Credit, and Funding Roles have the potential to earn: $80,000.00–$150,000.00+ (This includes a base salary plus bonuses)

·        Sales Representatives have the potential to earn: $80,000.00–$250,000.00+ (This includes a base salary plus commissions).

·        Top Producing Sales Representatives have the potential to earn between $250,000.00 and $750,000.00 (As a commission only sales representative)
